1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY

1.1 The Seller offers products for sale on www.lefije.com and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are "consumers".

1.2 When we talk about "consumer" we mean any natural person who acts on www.lefije.com for purposes not related to his/her commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer", we invite you to refrain from concluding commercial transactions on www.lefije.com.

1.3 In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from persons other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

1.4 These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on www.lefije.com between the users of www.lefije.com and the Seller.

1.5 The Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller that are present on www.lefije.com via links, banners or other hypertext connections. 2. HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER

2.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on www.lefije.com, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.

2.2 The order form contains a reference to the Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs, the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.

2.4 Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by transmitting the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy, to print a copy using the print command and to save or reproduce a copy for your personal use.

2.6 Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.

2.7 The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded and that the Seller has not followed up on your purchase order, specifying the reasons. If the products presented on www.lefije.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when you send the order form, the Seller will inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to the Seller, of the possible unavailability of the products ordered. In the event of forwarding the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund the amount already paid by you.

2.8 By electronically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with the Seller, these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.lefije.com.

2.9 By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in www.lefije.com, also referred to via links, including the Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy of www.lefije.com.

2.10 Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (reference to the Conditions of Sale and Return Policy, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, payment methods, your right of withdrawal and delivery costs).

3. WARRANTIES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES

3.1 Le Fije is the commercial name of Mediterraneo Srl, an Italian company with registered office in Montesilvano (PE), Via delle Fabbriche, 2/3 - 65015, Italy – and/or its authorised manufacturers.

3.2 The Seller does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.

3.3 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.lefije.com within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.lefije.com may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

3.4 Product prices may be subject to change. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

3.5 Purchase requests coming from countries other than the one selected for shipping or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted by the Seller.

3.6 All products are provided with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal. We ask you not to remove the tag and the relative seal from the purchased products, of which they constitute an integral part.

3.7 If you decide to exercise the right to return the products, the Seller may refuse to accept damaged products, products without tags or products that have been altered in their main characteristics or quality.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 To pay the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.

4.2 In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded to an external payment service provider (PSP) which, via a 128-bit SSL certified encrypted protocol, guarantees the security of online transactions. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the Seller except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any returns of products, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on www.lefije.com. The price for the purchase of the products and the shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your current account at the time of shipment of the purchased products.

4.3 International Transaction Fees: The Seller does not apply any additional fees beyond the amount requested at the time of purchase; the fees that appear on your bank statement are withdrawn by your bank.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.lefije.com. It is not possible to make changes.

Read carefully all the information, which forms an integral and substantial part of these Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

10. MODIFICATION AND UPDATING

The Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on lefije.com.

RETURN POLICY

The purpose of Mediterraneo srl ("the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on lefije.com. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller (DHL), or via another shipping agent, only after contacting Customer Service. However, it is not possible to exchange the chosen item for another.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

1. The return authorization request must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within 14 working days from the delivery date.

1. The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

1. The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the single-use seal;

1. Products must be returned in their original packaging;

1. Returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;

If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the purchased products, with only the return costs remaining at your expense, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller. If you decide to use the DHL courier, however, you will not have to pay the return costs yourself, the Seller will in fact pay the DHL courier on your behalf, withholding from the refund an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home. If you decide to use a different courier, you will have to pay the return costs yourself. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products returned at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

1. REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Regardless of the payment method you used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the conditions set out above. The actual time for the re-crediting or refund of the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used. For purchases by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card management company, but normally occurs within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest;

2. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION TAG

All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the product. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the relative seal because returned products without them will not be accepted.
